Darius is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Religion from the University of West Georgia, and Master of Education from Argosy University.
Traveling, exercise, bowling, movies and Sports Center are my “go to’s” for fun and relaxation. My greatest joys are my wife, Kenya and my girls Jazlin and Kiersten.

As an educator he taught for 15 years and has over 30 plus years of leadership experience. At this point in his journey, he is passionate about all thing’s life and leadership development.
This passion led Darius to start Lead180 Coaching & Consulting, LLC. As a speaker, trainer, and coach, his aim is to create undeniable contrast in perspective, performance, and passion in leadership.
As an Executive Team Member of the Maxwell Certified Team, he offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods.
Working together, the goal is for you and others around you to know that you have experienced “a 180” in your life and leadership.

My work includes leading the development and implementation of training programs, aligning them with organizational goals, and ensuring their effectiveness. I have successfully directed communications strategies, managed comprehensive training initiatives, and designed instructional leadership courses tailored to the needs of adult learners.
My experience also encompasses directing programmatic operations, engaging community stakeholders, and managing remote and local teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer service.
